After the procurement of the former Regal Theater, on Indian Lake Blvd., by Covenant Life Church, Inc., Olympian Construction, (General Contractor), and Duo Dickinson Architect, (Architect), was hired on for the renovation. This was a multi phase renovation of an existing movie theater which was designed to meet the needs of the congregation. This remodel included a main lobby area with radial soffits walls and epoxy floors, seating for a church atmosphere, restrooms, and Sunday school class rooms along with one large gathering room for service. The new facility also includes an intricate state of the art sound/communication area.

The exterior work consisted of a new "white energy efficient" fully adhered rubber roof, new front entrance, re-build new exterior wall finishes (EIFS and stone) and façade to reflect the Owner's new look for the church. Also included in our scope was site work, underground utilities and landscaping.
