Olympian Construction Company completed the 3,000 square foot building including all associated site work in merely 10 weeks. This design-build concept gave Olympian the flexibility to begin construction on the foundation, fast-track the building materials and order the finishes to minimize the downtime for the project.

Automotive dealerships portray a very busy site for their everyday operations, Olympian worked with the owner and their staff to utilize efficient phasing during construction so as to avoid hampering the Owner’s daily business activities.
