Opryland Maintenance Facility

Olympian’s expansion of the Opryland Maintenance Facility enlarged the existing facility by 8,800 square feet and included a mezzanine, which added another 500 square feet of office space.

Improvements to the structure consisted of a full service carpentry shop with a dust collection system, a conference area and associated office space, as well as a full service automotive shop.

The facility loading dock was expanded to accommodate more trailers.
