Capitalizing on the most current marketing strategies and available data, Rooms To Go has launched a nationwide campaign focusing on meeting the demands of parents and their children by supplying furniture exclusively designed for kids. This new campaign paved the way for a new 7,000 SF addition to the existing Rooms To Go showroom located in Brentwood, TN. Olympian Construction was fortunate enough to be selected as the General Contractor for construction of this new facility. Consisting primarily of load bearing masonry walls and conventional structural steel columns, joists and a modern EPDM roof system, this new facility was constructed in a mere four months utilizing fast-track project management and construction methods.

This facility incorporates a unique artistic scheme that entices America’s youth by providing cosmic detail and natural daylight through the use of highly detailed skylights quite different from a normal retail environment. The Olympian Team worked diligently to comply with the overall scheme desired by the design team and once again consistently exceeded the expectations of the client by completing the project on-time and within budget—a trait rarely seen within the construction industry.
