Olympian Construction Company revamped Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, Kentucky. With the hospital open 24 hours a day, Olympian phased the work so that operations such as the Emergency Room, Operating & Recovery and Laboratory were successfully coordinated with staff and patients on a daily basis.
The project consisted of a completely new Computerized Medical Gas Storage area, Cafeteria, Physical Therapy, Administration Offices, Laboratory/Microbiology, Medical Records, Emergency Room/Nurse Station, Trauma Room, Operating Rooms, GI Lab, Cardio Cath Lab, Ultra Sound and various site improvements. After five phases the renovated hospital was a complete success.
